- EU milk deliveries in Jan. – June 2021 at the same level as in 2020 (+0.5% leap year adjusted) but increased in June (+0.7%);
- Increases in milk deliveries in June 2021 in 18 MS, including: IT (+4%, +42000 t), IE (+3.7%, +39000t), FR (+0.8%, +16 000 t) and PL (+0.7%, +8 000 t);
- In Jan.-June 2021, cows’ milk collected in FR and DE lower than in 2020 (-1.5% & -1.7%);
- Decreases of milk products production in Jan.-June 2021: butter (-0.9%), SMP (-3.7%), WMP (-12.1%), fermented milk (-2%) and drinking milk (-0.6%) and increases for: cheese (+2.9%), cream (+2.8%), concentrated milk (+4.6%);
- 4.5% of total milk raw milk collected in June 2021 was organic milk (based on notifications from 21MS);
- MS with highest organic milk share in June 2021: AT (19.4%), SE (17.2%), DK (13.2%) and the lowest in PT and PL (0.3%) (based on notifications from 21 MS).
